Issues, Concerns, Violations

 Submit Complaint or Inquiry Report non-emergency Issues, Complaints and Inquiries.
To make a complaint about construction work being done without a permit, please phone the
Building Division 510-620-6868,
Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
and state that you wish to make a complaint. This call can be made without giving your name or phone number if you wish to remain anonymous.
